All products currently sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been delivered or accessed.

Digital products cannot be “returned,” and once downloaded, they cannot be revoked.

2. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal Waiver

If you are purchasing from the European Union, by completing your purchase you:

  • Explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.

This complies with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding digital content.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

We will provide support and replacement files if:

  • The file is corrupted
  • The download link does not work
  • You received the wrong file

4. Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same file twice, contact us immediately. We may issue a refund for duplicate purchases at our discretion.

5. File Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Their device supports 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 px) for Frame TV artwork
  • They understand how to upload digital art to their TV
  • They select appropriate print sizes for printable artwork

We are not responsible for incompatibility due to device limitations.
